Our holiday apartments are located in the very centre Seneghe (OR), a village of about 2000 inhabitants at 310 m above sea level, at the southern end of the Montiferru. Our apartments were completely renovated between 2017 and 2019 and offer the utmost comforts.

The apartment is on the first floor of a traditional basalt building dating back to the 19th century. It offers a living room with fully equipped kitchen, dining table and sofa, one bedroom with double bed, a very comfortable bathroom and a large gallery as second bedroom. LED-TV and WiFi are available. In addition you find the small Garden Andrea with barbecue in close proximity.

The holiday apartment offers 1 living room with kitchen, dining table, sofa and tv, 1 bedroom with double bed, 1 bathroom, 1 large gallery as second bedroom. The living space features an extendible dining table (6 seats) and an extendible couch for 2 people. The kitchen is completely equipped with induction cooker, electric oven, dishwasher, big refrigerator and freezer. The bedroom features one double bed, wardrobe, commode and bedside lockers. A second double bed is to be found in the large gallery. The bathroom features washbasin, mirror, toilette, bidet and shower. A washing machine is available as well.

The holiday apartment was completely renovated 2018 in Sardinian style. Bathroom and kitchen are entirely new. Heating, air-conditioning, LED-TV and WiFi available. Linen are set at your disposal.

Travel bed for babies, high chair and potty available on request. The apartment is only accessible via stairs; therefore it is not wheelchair accessible. Smoking and pets are not allowed in the apartment. We thank you for your understanding!

20 m away you find the small GARDEN ANDREA with barbecue area, where you can also wash and hang out washing and bath towels. Different parking places nearby. On request you can park in a garage at 30 m from the apartment.

This holiday apartment is perfect for: couples, families with 2 - 4 children (using the sofa in the living room). Please be advised that there is no door dividing the main bedroom from the double bed in the gallery. Therefore your privacy is ensured only by a curtain in the bedroom. Of course the bathroom has its door.

This apartment is located in one building directly on the church square and ranges over two floors: 1st floor and attic. The bedroom with bathroom on the attic is divided from the 1st foor by a door in the staircase. In addition you find the small Garden Andrea with barbecue in close proximity.

The apartment features:
On the 1st FLOOR: 1 living room with kitchen, dining table and sofa; 1 bedroom with double bed, 1 bathroom with shower. The living space features an extendible dining table (6 seats) and an extendible couch for 2 people. The kitchen is completely equipped with induction cooker, electric oven, dishwasher, big refrigerator and freezer. The bedroom features one double bed, wardrobe, commode and bedside lockers. The bathroom features washbasin, mirror, toilette, bidet and shower. A washing machine is available in a separated storeroom as well. A large balcony is accessible from the living room and also from the bedroom.

On the 2nd FLOOR: large bedroom with bathroom and wonderful terrace. The bedroom features a double bed with bedside lockers, a small walk-in cupboard with window and other racks. An electric kattle is available. The large bathroom includes washbasin, mirror, toilette, bidet and shower. The roofed terrace offers a wonderful view of the church square and of the sea (Golfo di Oristano).

Nearby you find the small GARDEN ANDREA with barbecue area, where you can also wash and hang out washing and bath towels. Different parking places nearby. On request you can park in a garage near the apartment.

This holiday apartment is perfect for: couples, families with 2 - 4 children. Please be advised that the two floors can be used autonomously as they have separated access from the staircase. At the same time the two floors create a single object when the doors are open.

Important information

The apartments Laura and Chiara can be booked also for just one night.
The rates include the final cleaning and electricity consumption. The rates do not include the tourist tax, if owed.
One linen change once a week is included; on request also more often at additional cost.
Beach towels and baskets (two for each apartment) and parasols (one for each apartment) are available on request and free of charge. In case a deposit is required. Sand toys for children are at your disposal as well.
Parking: within spitting distance of the apartments there is a sufficient quantity of public parking places. You can also park for free in the owner’s garage nearby. However please keep in mind that the four parking spaces here are one after another and not parallel! For this reason the guests of each apartment have to organise themselves with the guests of the other apartments.
Check in from 3:00 pm, check out by 10:00 am.
Bookings are valid only prior written confirmation and payment of the entire accommodation price.
Cancellation policy:
up to 30 days prior arrival free of charge
up to 10 days prior arrival we charge 50% of the booked stay
in case of cancellation in the 10 days prior arrival, early departure or no-show we charge the full accommodation price. We suggest you take out a cancellation insurance.

Garden Andrea

The small, cosy Garden Andrea is located only some metres away from the Apartments Chiara and Laura and is at the complete disposal of the guests of the two apartments. Here you can hang your washing out during the day, enjoy a delightful aperitif in the evening and take advantage of the well-equipped grill for a delicious dinner. You can choose between a charcoal or a gas barbecue and the large worktop will provide you a sufficient storage area.

Dinner among the olive groves

All guests have free access to the olive grove of the owner, who produces his own olive oil.
The olive grove is not more than 2 km away from the village. Here, under an ancient wild olive tree, was created a big stone table for about 25 people along with a table for children. From this slice of paradise you enjoy great views of Seneghe, the plateau of Campidano and the Mare di Sardegna with Capo San Marco. Here the sunset is a very particular experience.
On request you can use this unique location for free to dine in a suggestive setting.
On order, a local family can prepare for you the typical Sardinian suckling pig barbecued under your eyes (when available and according to the weather).
